Johnny has been designing Costumes, Wigs, and Scenery from a very young age throughout Rhode Island and has been so happy to see the business continue to grow into what it is today. With a passion for always creating the most professional product he hopes ECT can grow into one of the most popular Theatrical Design and Rental Houses in the US. Johnny is so excited to see the team continue to grow as we follow the yellow brick road for many years to come!

Brian Simons has designed hundreds of theatrical productions for many years and is thrilled to welcome the new branding of Emerald City Theatrical. Brian is not only an incredible creative brain but he is a wonderful actor and singer and has appeared in dozens of productions in New England. ECT is a brainchild of him and his best friend and they have loved the Wizard Of Oz deeply since childhood, thus culminating in the only name they could think of to encapsulate a wonderful world of theatrical services.

Head Seamstress, Designer

Teal joined our team in 2021, with her superior sewing and finishing skills, she maintains the high quality in garment construction we strive to produce. Among being the “Fairy Godmother” of the costume shop, Teal is also the current reining American Miss National Elegant Miss and we couldn’t be more proud of the work she does for us and in the community. 

Ambassador, Web Design, Marketing, and Social Media

  Olivia has been a wonderful asset to ECT and a true pioneer in creating our social media presence. With her expert marketing and social media skills our audience can see behind the curtain and into the magic while staying up to date on everything happening! Aside from being on our board of Ambassadors, Olivia is an incredibly talented performer in the community and is a  graduate from Rhode Island College with degrees in Musical Theater & Communications, with a minor in Dance Performance. 

Hi! My name is Raegan White and I am a rising junior at Bates College. I am on the Women's Varsity Lacrosse team and a Rhetoric, Film, and Screen Studies major. At Bates, I am one of 10 costume stitchers that help repair and design costumes for dance recitals and theatre productions. I am super excited to join the Emerald City team this summer and am looking forward to working alongside a professional cast and crew. I hope to gain more experience that will prepare me for my future aspirations which include costuming designing for broadway productions or even Walt Disney World!
