Regina O'Conner

Regina began her theatrical career at a professional house in Connecticut where New York set and costume designer, David Guthrie began mentoring her, in the area of costumes. As costume shop supervisor at C.W. Post, Mount Holyoke, and Huntington/B.U. she worked with NY designers including Michael Sharp, Nancy Messima and Julie Taymour. She has either designed or built costumes for the NYC Ballet, Theatre-by-the-Sea, Berkshire Theatre Festival, Boston Shakespeare, Boston College and Mount Holyoke to name a few of her favorites. For five years, she was the resident designer for Woodland Theatre Company. When not designing, and constructing Regina works as the Director of Social Concerns for the Sisters of St. Anne in Marlborough MA.

Johnny has been designing Costumes, Wigs, and Scenery from a very young age throughout Rhode Island and has been so happy to see the business continue to grow into what it is today. With a passion for always creating the most professional product he hopes ECT can grow into one of the most popular Theatrical Design and Rental Houses in the US. Johnny is so excited to see the team continue to grow as we follow the yellow brick road for many years to come!
Allana Turcotte

Allana has been a part of our team in many ways since 2020. From assisting in fittings, on-site work, painting scenery, choreographing, and performing in ECT special events and stage shows, she has been our Number 1 supporter. Emerald City Ambassadors is a group of individuals who support us behind the scenes and out in the field with all of our projects. ECT Ambassadors are a true representation of how it takes a village to create art in the community. Without our Ambassadors, we could not create the magic you see.
Olivia Lancellotta
Director of Operations
Olivia has been a wonderful asset to ECT and a true pioneer in creating our social media presence. With her expert marketing and social media skills our audience can see behind the curtain and into the magic while staying up to date on everything happening! Aside from being on our board of Ambassadors, Olivia is an incredibly talented performer in the community and is a graduate from Rhode Island College with degrees in Musical Theater & Communications, with a minor in Dance Performance.

Connor Christian Goins

Connor is an East Tennessee born Designer, Costume/Wardrobe Technician, and Performer. He has recently worked as the Costume Apprentice at Trinity Repertory Company in Providence, RI for their 2024-25 season. During his time there, I have gotten the opportunity to stitch some fabulous costume pieces, work in some of the oldest historic performance venues in the New England area, and learn from some of the best craft artisans, stitchers, and drapers around.
He has been performing onstage since age 7, but it wasn't until late into high school that he became interested in costumes.
Since then, he earned his B.A. in Theatrical Technology & Design (with a focus in Costume Design), and a minor in Visual Art, from Maryville College in Maryville Tennessee.
